Swoop Travel share the joy and wonder of the world’s most incredible and far-flung destinations with sustainable, tailor-made trips of a lifetime to Antarctica, The Arctic and Patagonia. We gave them a brand that establishes them as world authorities on travel to the ends of the earth.

OUR BRIEF

Initially we were asked to develop a brand identity for the Swoop masterbrand, as well as three destination sub-brands. The brand system needed to appeal to the explorer community and to communicate Swoop’s passion for sharing the joy and wonder of the world’s most incredible destinations, whilst respecting the environment, culture and heritage – opening our minds to the world around us and within us all.

Since then we have supported Swoop by applying the visual identity across a full suite of printed and online communication materials including the creation of a website and three sub-sites, tour brochures, online guides and packaging.

OUR ANSWER

Carefully selected colours and patterns are combined with elegant and deliberately classic typefaces to bring Swoop’s brand values to life and create a feeling of authority, encylopedic knowledge and gravitas, whilst clearly differentiating Swoop from its competitors and appealing to the Explorer community.

By creating a bespoke icon library, custom map designs and illustrated guides we have created a distinctive Swoop style, and the use of real imagery, taken by customers and staff, promotes the authentic nature of adventure travel with Swoop.

Personal touches like a pre-trip gift of a buff delivered in a bespoke box provide customers with the confidence that they have booked a well thought-through trip with knowledgeable travel experts in these regions.

TRIP OF A LIFETIME

An online magazine and quality travel guides reflect Swoop’s authority on travel in Patagonia and the Polar regions, and inspire explorers to take that trip of a lifetime.

THE IMPACT

The new brand identity and communications materials have enabled Swoop to build a global community of like-minded explorers. Excited and inspired, these explorers now have the confidence to book a life-changing adventure with Swoop.

Internally, we have helped to inspire and engage staff and embed Swoop’s brand values, resulting in consistency of customer service and meticulous attention to detail in the creation and delivery of each experience for every kind of adventurer.
